Drive to Las Vegas

Nice drive to Las Vegas today. I passed through an area called California City. It's an actual town so Google it and look at the satellite view. By area is the third largest city in California but it was subdivided out and lots of planned roads but no homes were ever built so the vast majority of what you see a Google satellite view is empty with no houses. There's even an abandoned hotel which I took a picture of. The other picture is of a gigantic solar power station outside of Las Vegas 30 minutes or so. It has three solar collecting Towers. It's the biggest facility I've ever seen pretty cool.
