I got to my second Hot Springs today. The hot springs book I picked up rated this is the best hot springs in Nevada. Very rural I had the place to myself. It was actually a hot spring creek with a series of pools created by dams. Very nice!
I guess when I left summer lake hot springs in the morning I didn't close the cabinet completely cuz when I opened up the door I found this mess. Good thing I was in an area by myself because I yelled a swear word pretty loudly. A good chunk of the oatmeal is now blowing around in the desert.
I am in Winnemucca Nevada now and will probably drive a couple more hours south so probably no cellphone signal once I leave this area. Plan to get to Death Valley tomorrow.
Oh wow. What a mess to pick up! Was the hot springs hot? Weather looks nice. Raining here of course, but still took Jackson for a walk Thursday AND Friday! Going to the delta tomorrow and Sunday.
